I’ve been a practicing counsellor since 2005 and have a background in mental health and psychology. I am trained in Integrative counselling (Person-Centred, Psychodynamic and CBT). I have also completed further qualifications and workshops to develop my skills and am committed to continued professional development.
I’m a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy(BACP) and abide by the BACP’s ethical framework (links are provided at the bottom of the page). I’ve extensive experience of working in a variety of environments and with clients of all ages with a diverse range of issues.
